Once again, the new vintage of this wine brings a big smile to my face. With the percentage fermented in old neutral oak being Increased to 4%, this wine remains as probably the most fun wine in our portfolio to make. it was also this year's curve ball with one of the blocks normally destined for a different wine very firmly putting it's hand up for The Loop. With our hands-off approach to winemaking remaining front and center, It's business as usual with minimal Intervention here. Food Pairing Matches well to spicy food — Thai, Japanese, Indian, but works equally well with seafood, particularly oysters, as well as fat cheeses.
