100% Pinot Noir from 3 tiny plots in Pommard that are about 50 years old, fully destemmed, then wild fermented and aged for a year in old barrel. Serious bang for your buck on this entry level organic Burgundy. Medium plus with dark red berry fruit and crushed flowers with firm structure and complexity you don't usually get at this price point. Highly recommended!

Pair with roast chicken, pork tenderloin, mushrooms.
