Knob Creek Description

Knob Creek is aged nine years in charred American white oak barrels and bottled at 100 proof. It smells of maple sugar and toasted nuts and has a distinctly sweet, round and rich palate with slightly fruity oak flavors. The finish is long and rich. Double Gold, 2012 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.


COLOR: Copper to medium amber.

TASTE: Rich, sweet, woody, full-bodied, almost fruity.

AROMA: Toasted nuts, grain, oak.

FINISH: Long, rich and glowing
