Hit all the 'Right Notes' at Greate Bay

The Right Notes is more than just a wine-tasting event that includes more than 100 top-scoring wines. The event, which takes place 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 8, at Greate Bay Country Club, also includes artisanal foods, live music and has two charitable aspects to it. It benefits the National MS Society, whose mission is “to mobilize people and resources to drive research for a cure and to address the challenges of everyone affected by MS;” and Bacharach Institute for Rehabilitation, an advanced inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation hospital. Since its inception two years ago, the Right Notes has managed to raise more than $100,000 to help find a cure. This year’s honorary chairperson is Jayne Bray, mother of Passion Vines' Founder Michael Bray, who was diagnosed with MS 25 years ago. Finding a cure for MS has been the charitable focus of Passion Vines since the store opened. Tickets are $80 each for general admission, or $125 for VIP tickets which gain ticketholders early entry at 6:15 p.m. and private access into the grand tasting room. Greate Bay is located at 901 Mays-Landing Road in Somers Point.Go to NationalMSSociety.org.
